Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Corex! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges easy.

1. Eligibility

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, personal care items).

2. Process

• Our customer care team will arrange for collection or guide you on shipping back the item.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product is defective or wrong item delivered).

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

5. Damaged / Wrong Items

• If you received a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
