Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Corex! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges easy.
1. Eligibility
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, personal care items).
2. Process

- Our customer care team will arrange for collection or guide you on shipping back the item.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product is defective or wrong item delivered).
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
5. Damaged / Wrong Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
